Hello, I just bought a Dryel Starter Kit today, and I have got to say, it smells great!! And it is perfect for garments. My only disappointment was that the steam bag was not as large as I had anticipated. I mainly bought it to dry clean my comforters at home, as at the cleaners it costs as much as I pay for the comforter!

I just wanted to let you know that my husband has been storing his old wool Navy Peacoat in our basement since 1975. I have used many bottles of Dryel Stain remover as a costumer for a
local Children's Theatre group. After every dress rehearsal &
production I have to clean face makeup from their outfits. Last week it was RED
makeup on a very large area of WHITE fake fur. I finally got it all out. Will
you ever sell the stain remover as a stand alone product. Starter kits are
$9.97 at Walmart and many times they done have it on the shelf. More expensive
at grocery store. But if it saves a costume for a performance, I must use it and
am glad it works. Please consider this request.

I tried Your Dryel Starch which I purchased at Walmart, and was very impresseed with it. I'm a 74 year old retired Firefighter who lost his wife three years ago. I like to starch my shirts and khakis; now Walmart no longer carries this item. It's the first starch Ive found that doesn't stick to the iron; you people have a winner there if you give it a chance. Can you tell me where to get it? I'm willing to have it shipped from you if possible.

" No worries, Be happy". With Dryel you never have to worry about those things again and you can save your worries for more important things. We purchased your Spray Starch Alternative and love it! It is so much better than traditional spray starch--it does not clump, flake or clog and it seems to hold the clothes crip longer. The problem is we can seem to locate it anywhere to re-purchase it. We have tried our regular local grocery, drug and superstores (Publix, CVS, Walmart, Target) and are unable to find it again. Hello. I'm just writing to thank you for this totally amazing product! I thought my daughter's paint-splattered jacket was ruined, so I didn't even bother trying to wash it for a week. Then I heard that I should have tried to treat the stain right away, even if it was already dry. I thought it was useless to bother, but I read that I should try using the stain removal in your dry cleaning kit, which I already had at home. I just wanted you to know that I have used the Dryel solution on stains or spots on everything from my clothes to spots on the carpet. It works great getting stains out of just about anything I have tried it on, including chocolate, mascara and grease marks on my carpet. You should market the solution as a spot treatment by itself also.

My friend, told me about this product and we have tried twice now.. I took one dress to a new dry cleaner as I was out of Dryel, and it cost me $18.. I was like the commercial you are showing, I wanted to tug the money back.. I could not beleive the price.. I have also tried some of the dry cleaners that only charge $1.99, but when I get them home, they are wrinkled, and I am very dissatified.. Do you make one large enough to put a comforter in? My grandma was just about finished with my prom dress and being the girl who cant wait for anything while she was gone i desided to try on my new dress :) Well i wore it around the house for a while all happy and had a bloody nose. In January, 2006, I attended a wedding and got multiple spots of mustard on a pastel purple dry-clean only Laura Ashley 3 pc ladies suit. I was sure it was a gonner, but I took it to my dry cleaner thinking the "Pro's" were the only chance. It didn't work. I recently pulled the suit out to donate it, but decided I'd try my Dryel stain remover once before I lost a $200 outfit. 90% of the stains came out!! And this was after a drycleaner failed and the suit sat for a year and 1/2!! The only small spot remaining was the largest stain and it was greatly reduced in size. Thanks so much!

I have been spending lots of money getting my clothes dry cleaned each week and decided that I needed to at least try Dryel. I did and it removed stains that my dry cleaner couldn't even remove! It is three o'clock in the morning and I just wanted to thank you for making my Easter a more pleasant experience. I have been very ill for the past four years so my fanciest clothes that fit are lovely nightgowns of varies colors. Anticipating Easter, I treated myself to a lovely Tahari suit. It was a lovely, linen pink jacket with khaki trim and matching khaki pants. After ironing my three sons shirts and my husband's shirt at two in the morning, I proceeded to press my suit. You can imagine how shocked I was to see two huge water spots over the knees. I had it hanging up over the washer and I guess water splashed on it somehow. Anyway, I knew that there would be no hope getting it to a drycleaner on Sunday morning so my only hope was trying Dryel. First I got on the internet and checked out your website. Boy, was I elated to find out you had a solution to water spots on linen and it truly worked. I cannot thank you enough for sharing such helpful tips. Now I dont have to stay home from church or embarrass my family by wearing a nightgown. I am so glad that Dryel thinks of the things that a family needs to know about caring for their clothing.

My daughter has the lead in her Middle School's production of Rodgers & Hammerstein's "Cinderella". Today, the day before opening night, disaster struck! Another cast member accidentally dripped liquid foundation on the back of my daughter's white taffeta ball gown. I planned on taking the dress apart and replacing the soiled pieces with new fabric. Before I started, I decided to try your spot remover. The dress was already ruined, and I thought, "What harm could it do to try?" To be honest, I didn't think anything would take the makeup out. I really like your product. Lately, I have not been able to find it in Publix or Wal-Mart. I asked the manager at Publix and he said they stopped carrying it because it wasn't selling well. My opinion is that you don't advertise enough. Also you should make dryer sheets for one item. Sometimes I have to wait because I have only one item and don't want to waste a whole dryer sheet. This is a product that should be selling well as the price of dry cleaning keeps going up and people are always looking for a bargain. Thanks.

I have numerous wool jackets that require dry cleaning several times a year, I hated the drop off wait for a few days and pick up your item at the dry cleaners . Of course I was uncertain about trying a dryer product to care for my wool products and it took a very long time to give in to the product. When winter rolled around this year I finally gave into my fear and try this product. Of course it was not available in my little mid-missouri town and I had to drive a hour in order to obtain the item. When I returned home I placed my long black wool coat that I love in the bag with the cleaning sheet , closed the dryer door and prayed your product would not ruin my favorite jacket and pushed the start button. After a few minutes I took my jacket out of the dryer and closed my eyes while removing the cleaning bag from my jacket. I was very happy with the results and use the product on my other special items.

As my mom worked in a dry cleaning establishment when I was growing up I learned the value of dry cleaning over washing to maintain the integrity of clothing, mostly sweaters but even cotton skirts. I researched your product quite thoroughly and after reading so many extremely positive responses decided to invest in the Dryel cleaning system. I am very impressed by how both a sweater and matching knit pants came out with the fabric firm and not saggy as is typical with machine washing. And, there was no pilling on the sweater. My only objection is the intense fragrance of the product. I am used to using unscented washing liquid and find the smell of the Dryel rather irritating to my nostrils and feel almost headachy from it. I did see that you have two fragrances but the Whisper Fresh scent was not available in the original kit at the Wal-Mart where I shopped. Are there any plan to create an UNSCENTED version for those of us who prefer products that do not interupt or conflict with our own personal products such as scented soaps and perfumes. On the whole I much prefer the Dryel system to regular laundering as it is quicker and there is not the concern of clothes fading due to high levels of chorline in our local water. Thank you for a very good product.

I wish that you made the stain remover to sell seperately and in a bigger bottle. The stain remover that comes in the kit is the best stain remover that I have ever used. It gets out EVERYTHING.

Dryel is WONDERFUL! However, every store I shop at no longer carries it. My guess is that the commercial drycleaners have had a major influence on the local stores. Can I order refills online?

I wanted to let you how happy I am with your product. Somehow a blue crayon got into our washing machine with a very large load of new infant clothing that I was prewashing for our twins we are expecting, much to my dismay I didn't realize what had happen until the clothes came out of the dryer stained severly on almost everything with blue melted dried crayon. I was in tears, everything I thought was ruined, including recieving blankets, sleepers, outfits, and a very special blanket made for me a baby by my grandmother. I went on the internet and searched how to remove crayon and someone said dryel works well. So I went to my kit and found the bottle of stain remover and applied to each spot (I didn't use the absorbant pad, there was just too many clothes I had to fix) I then put them back into the washing machine and washed them with hot water, laundry degerent, and bleach for colors, every stain the I touched with dryel came out perfectly, some spots remained that I missed, so I had to spot check them again. Anyhow, if it wasn't for your product I would have either spent a lot of time using elbow grease or have many of my clothes ruined. Thank you for your product you should sell it seperately and stain remover for use with regular laundery!
